Welcome to my website! If you have Irritable Bowel Syndrome and you want to get rid of it, you’ve come to the right place. As an IBS sufferer you already know how terrible life can be coping with IBS...

  • It’s physically painful and uncomfortable
  • It’s a cause of constant worry and embarrassment
  • It can even negatively affect your work and relationships

Perhaps the worst thing about IBS is that it is hard to beat. There is a myth floating around that IBS is something you just have to simply “put up with” for the rest of your life.

Fortunately that’s not true. IBS is reversible if you take the right steps.

Which begs the question...

If it is possible to beat IBS, why do so many people still have IBS?

My answer will shock you but please give me time to explain before you go sending me angry emails.

There is no such thing as IBS!!

OK so take a deep breath because I am not accusing you of having a psychosomatic condition which doesn’t really exist. That’s not what I’m saying at all.

Your illness is very real indeed.

It’s just that there is no “one, singular condition” as IBS.

You see IBS is a “one size fits all” term that is misleading and inaccurate.

Because in reality there are many causes of so called “IBS” that all cause IBS like symptoms. The symptoms “look the same” but are in actual fact caused by very different things and therefore need to be tackled differently if you want the “IBS” to go away.

For example if you put 10 IBS sufferers in a room together, the root cause may be entirely different for each and every person in the room, even though their symptoms are very similar.

To relieve each of these people of their IBS you would need to take different courses of action for each individual.

So the key to your IBS is to discover what exactly is causing your IBS and then taking an exact course of action that is tailored to you.

There are many potential causes of IBS and often multiple causes are found in the same person. You need to tackle all the causes if you want your IBS to go away.

So how can I help you?

My approach to dealing with IBS is based on Nutritional Coaching and Functional Medicine which is a science-based form of health care that acknowledges the biological uniqueness of every person; it takes into consideration the link between all your body systems and requires an individualized approach to restore optimal health.

Through scientific laboratory testing we look for the underlying causes of your problems rather than just suppressing symptoms which is often so typical in conventional health care.

The root cause usually stems from an imbalance of the digestive, hormonal or detoxification systems.

For more detailed information about Functional Medicine click here.

Quite simply we find the cause and then we work to remove the cause. That’s your ticket to being free of IBS.

So step 1 is discovery, we need to identify what’s going on.

Then when we finally have answers as to what is causing your IBS we then move on to step 2 which is recovery.

All of the causes can be reversed if you take the right action. Taking these steps will lead to a healthy gut and no more IBS!

I have helped dozens of people to overcome their IBS. You can read about their experiences here.
